You may use DSPN and Chop for research, learning, debate preparation, and other lawful purposes.

Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for content you submit and activity you authorize through your account.

Harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, and attempts to disrupt the services are prohibited. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

Debate information

DSPN brings together public records, community contributions, and statistics. Information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated details. Rankings and statistics depend on the available records and the methods used to calculate them.

Check results and other information against the original record before relying on them. To report an error, use Contact in the footer.

DSPN operates independently. References to schools, tournaments, organizations, and products identify the subjects of our coverage. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Content and corrections

Share material only when you have permission to do so. You keep ownership of your work and allow us to process and display it as needed to provide the services you use.

If you believe material on DSPN infringes your rights, contact us with a link and an explanation so we can review it.

Availability and warranties

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Keep copies of work you need to preserve.

The services and their content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy and completeness of the content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DSPN and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. This includes loss of data, profits, or goodwill caused by interruptions, reliance on content, or third-party services.

These terms preserve any rights and liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
